The founder
My name is Iason Athanasios Giatsios. I've been writing code for 14 years, 8 of them professionally. Since 2020, I've carried every Digital Casa product from a blank page to its first paying customers: the architecture, the backend, the interface, the infrastructure, and the first sales, which I close myself.
I'm not a contractor who executes a spec. I'm a systems architect: I start from the business (who pays, how much, why), then design the platform that makes it possible, with AI where it earns money and never where it puts the company at risk.
The vision has always been the same: to be an entrepreneur. Everything I studied pointed that way, and with no funds and no outside investor, building software was the only road open to me. So I invested in what I had: my expertise and my character.
A good idea isn't enough. What makes a startup profitable is the architecture behind it.
My method
Six steps I apply to every project: my own, and those of the founders I guide.

Who pays, how much, and why now? Before a single line of code, I validate the business model. An idea that doesn't sell stays an idea.

I design the whole platform: data, roles, flows, payments, scale. An architecture built for ten customers and ready for ten thousand.

Assistants, generation, automation: AI serving revenue and productivity. Always with guardrails, controlled costs and a plan B.

Not the trendiest: the right one. Every choice is justified by cost, delivery speed and ease of maintenance.

Legal, sales, marketing, finance: I partner with recognised experts in their field so every project moves forward on every front.

Go-live, first customers, metrics, iterations. To me, a product isn't finished until it makes money.
Applied AI
Adding AI isn't a marketing line, it's an architecture decision: it has to create value, stay under control and never become a single point of failure.
Every AI feature has a clear economic role: save time, sell more, or create an offer competitors can't copy.
GPT, Claude, DeepSeek: the right model for the right task, with automatic failover. The product is never hostage to one vendor.
Credits, quotas, caching, fallbacks: AI is metered and capped. It grows the margin, it doesn't eat it.
French, English, Arabic and Darija; SATIM payments, delivery, WhatsApp: innovation fitted to the field, not copied from elsewhere.

Born in 2022 as a network of students and teachers, reborn in 2025 as a 100% AI-driven platform: upload your courses and it answers, summarises and generates flashcards, quizzes and study plans, with sources cited. Since early 2026 it runs on KnowledgeOS, its engine under the hood.

The all-in-one SaaS for Algerian merchants: store, catalogue, payments, delivery, CRM, and an AI that writes copy and creates visuals. In 2026, ten ENSIA interns I supervised added an AI marketing extension: Facebook ads automated through the API, up to the payment button, which the client must review before any funds are committed.

A major brand site, built on an ageing architecture, had to switch technology completely and migrate before the festive season, so it would not miss the biggest revenue of the year. 14,789 customers migrated with no downtime or data loss.

The new chapter
After years building my own products, I'm opening the method to other founders. The goal: create more AI-driven, innovation-driven applications, guide several startups at once to profitability, and contribute to the Algerian ecosystem with the means we have: our code, our experience and our network of experts.
